We are particularly interested if the local community has any thoughts on the need for a potential local centre on site, or if there is a need for other another community facility in the local area.
The consultation is running for a two-week period between Monday 6th July - Monday 20th July 2026.

Following this public consultation, we will review the feedback and feed this into the design development process as well as any planning application that is submitted to the Council.
Should an application be submitted and registered, the council will undertake their own statutory consultation process, so there will be further opportunities for you to make comments directly to the Council.
