The Proposals.

The development's proposals could deliver:

• Around 495 high-quality new homes in a range of types, sizes and tenures

• 45% affordable housing provision on site

​

• A landscape-led scheme which prioritises the existing landscape and its features

​

• Principal vehicular access from Chester Road

​

• Formal and informal recreation and open space including equipped areas of play, allotments and ‘play on the way’

​

• Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDs)

​

• A potential Local Centre and Primary School on site. These matters are subject to further feedback and discussions with the Council and educational authority.
